Dear friends

The summer heat is expected to go beyond 40-45  degree

First and foremost have 5 gulps of cool water every 30 minutes to avoid dehydration and energy drain due to summer heat.

1. Please have a early breakfast before it starts to get hot. Have regular breakfast. Avoid spicy or oily stuff

Have a light lunch if the temperature soars up. Fruits are best. Or Dahi Thepla, or rice and raita etc
Boiled vegetables and chapatti with salads and Dahi are best in lunch

2. Eat only if you feel hungry otherwise skip the meal
3. Pls avoid late night dinners for yourself n your family
It puts a heavy strain on the heart, liver, brain and kidneys

4. Pls strictly avoid the following foods in lunch n mainly dinner for this few months of summer, it's better to sleep a bit hungry than to risk any sudden health disorder that may lead to total collapse

Avoid Tur dal, maida foods, white chana, chole chana, cooked cabbage, cauliflower,  fermented foods like idli or dosa etc, oily cooked foods, frozen cheese, cold drinks, frozen salads, reheated or stale foods, spicy and salty food, too many food combinations n mainly avoid eating out.

5. Restaurants use artificial colours, flavours, preservatives that are carcinogenic and give rise to sudden heart attack and brain stroke

Instead, eat simple foods, simple combinations, with least oil n masala, salads, fruits, soups, boiled vegs  sandwich with lots of green chutney, green tea, bhel, veg paratha, dal rice, dahi Thepla, rose milk, thandai,   dahi raita n rice, dahi curry n rice, green vegs n roti and all seasonal fruits.
